In spring rain, summer's sizzle or fall's chilly breezes, this Baird Street market beckons, thanks to a catalogue of vendors selling everything from hot sauce to local spirits. Set aside enough time to browse, Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Open at 5 a.m., this is the spot for early birds to get first pick of farm-fresh seasonal produce, baked goods, meat and more. Prefer to sleep in? Vendors operate until 3 p.m., giving everyone equal opportunity to stock up on their favourite foods.
