Mp3 Experiment Toronto Luminato

Photos of the Mp3 Experiment for Luminato 2011

About 500 Torontonians gathered together yesterday for the MP3 Experiment, a flash mob created by New York's Improv Everywhere for Luminato 2011. Participants downloaded a 40 minute MP3, which they collectively played shortly before 1 p.m. What kind of instructions did they get? Well, judging by what went down, there were orders to hug a stranger, to play games of Twister, tag, and, of course, follow the leader. At around 1:35 p.m. the crowd dissipated and participants were left, once again, to exercise their own volition.
