Sexy, Funny... Psych Ward?

A few years ago I heard Debra Anderson read from her work in progress about a pervy, queer femme girl who wakes up in a psych ward after a manic episode. It was the sexiest and most sarcastic narrative I'd ever heard about such a grim setting of enforced conformity.
I've been waiting for the book launch ever since and now it's here. Code White has been picked up by McGilligan Books, and Debra's reading at the Toronto Women's Bookstore at 73 Harbord St, 7 p.m tonight. It's even free.
